As a Dual Credit Mathematics Instructor through a partnership with Harold Washington College, she teaches college-level courses, General Mathematics, Introductory Statistics, and College Algebra, to high school students earning transferable college credit before graduation. Beyond her own classroom, Ciera has served as a Content Lead Coach, observing instruction, modeling strategies, and coaching mathematics and science teachers on differentiation, assessment, and classroom management, and as Technology Coordinator, leading instructional technology across her campus. She holds a Master of Arts in Secondary Mathematics and a Master of Arts in Teaching and Learning with Technology, and is currently pursuing her principal certification.
