Teaching philosophy
I believe mathematics should be both rigorous and accessible, and that every student is capable of learning when they are challenged, supported, and respected. My role is not simply to teach mathematical procedures, but to cultivate critical thinking, confidence, and perseverance. Students are encouraged to explain their reasoning, compare multiple solution strategies, and view mistakes as an essential part of learning.
